Amendment and Cancellation made more than 1 day prior to check-in date : FREE OF CHARGE

Terms & Conditions

• The room rates are quoted in THAI BAHT inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% applicable VAT, and 1% provincial tax
• Rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons except Beachfornt Grand Pool Villa is inclusive for 4 persons per room per night.
• Normal occupancy per room is 2 persons. Maximum 3 adults per room are allowed with extra person charge @ THB 2,000 net/ night. (Except Studio Pool Villa and Beach Front Pool Villa)
• 12 years and older will be considered as adults.
• Hotel check-in time: 2.00 p.m. and check-out time: 12.00 p.m.
• Late check-out until 18.00 hrs. is at 50% charge of the room rate while late check-out after 18.00 hrs. will be charged at 100% of the room rate.
• Credit card details are required at the time of reservation in order to guaranteed and hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card as a guaranteed method.
• Hotel reserves the right to renegotiate the rates if the period room type or requirement changed.
• Guest under 12 years old are not recommended to stay at the resort. As we don't have any safety measure for children.

Child Policy (PAY AT HOTEL) :

• Max occupancy for Studio Pool Villa and Beach Front Pool Villa are 2 person.
• 0 - 3 years old: No extra charge with sharing existing bed with parents.
• 4 - 11 years old: ABF charge @ THB 475 net/ child/ meal (sharing existing bed with parents, max 1 child allowed per room).
• 4 years old up: Extra bed included ABF @ THB 2,000 net/ night.
