- Amendment / Cancellation made more than 7 days (1 Nov - 10 Apr) prior to check-in date : Free of charge.
- Amendment / Cancellation made within 7 days (1 Nov - 10 Apr) prior to check-in date : 1 night stay charge.
- Amendment / Cancellation made more than 1 day (11 Apr - 31 Oct) prior to check-in date : Free of charge.
- Amendment / Cancellation made within 1 day (11 Apr - 31 Oct) prior to check-in date : The full stay charge.
Terms & Conditions
- The room rates are quoted in THAI BAHT inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% applicable VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
- Rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons except Beachfront Grand Pool Villa and Duplex 2-Bedroom are inclusive for 4 persons per room per night.
- Basic occupancy per room is 2 persons, except Duplex Grand Pool and Beachfront Suite Pool are max at 3 persons with additional charge THB 2,000 per night
- Duplex 2-Bedroom can accommodate 4 persons and max at 5 persons with additional charge THB 2,000 per night
- 12 years and older will be considered as adults.
- Hotel check-in time: 2.00 p.m. and check-out time: 12.00 p.m.
- Late check-out until 18.00 hrs. is at 50% charge of the room rate while late check-out after 18.00 hrs. will be charged at 100% of the room rate.
- Credit card details are required at the time of reservation in order to guaranteed and hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card as a guaranteed method.
- Hotel reserves the right to renegotiate the rates if the period room type or requirement changed.
- Guests under 12 years old are not recommended to stay at the resort, as there are no specific safety measures in place for children.
Child Policy (PAY EXTRA AT HOTEL)
- Max occupancy for Studio Pool Villa and Beachfront Pool Villa are 2 persons.
- 4 – 11 years old: ABF charge @ THB 475 net/ child/ meal (sharing existing bed with parents, max 1 child allowed per room)
- 12 years old up: Extra bed included ABF @ THB 2,000 net/ night.
