TERM & CONDITIONS

  • 5-Day reservation is essential for all Romantic inclusion items.
  • 90-min treatment is inclusive of 30-min scrub and 60-min massage.
  • Casa Indulgence is a set of a bottle of wine serving at night along with bubble bath.
  • The room rates are quoted in THAI BAHT inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% applicable VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
  • Rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons except Beachfornt Grand Pool Villa and Duplex 2-Bedroom are inclusive for 4 persons per room per night.
  • Normal occupancy per room is 2 persons. Maximum 3 adults per room are allowed with extra person charge @ THB 2,500 net/ night. (Except Studio Pool Villa and Beach Front Pool Villa)
  • 12 years and older will be considered as adults.
  • Hotel check-in time: 2.00 p.m. and check-out time: 12.00 p.m.
  • Late check-out until 18.00 hrs. is at 50% charge of the room rate while late check-out after 18.00 hrs. will be charged at 100% of the room rate.
  • Credit card details are required at the time of reservation in order to guaranteed and hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card as a guaranteed method.
  • Hotel reserves the right to renegotiate the rates if the period room type or requirement changed.
