- Room Rates:
- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
- Breakfast
- Inclusive for 2 persons per room.
- Beachfront Grand Pool Villa and Duplex 2-Bedroom include breakfast for 4 persons.
- Occupancy
- Studio Pool Villa & Beachfront Pool Villa: Maximum 2 persons.
- Duplex Grand Pool Villa & Beachfront Suite Pool Villa: Maximum 3 persons. THB 2,000 net/night applies for the third guest.
- Duplex 2-Bedroom & Beachfront Grand Pool Villa: Standard for 4 persons, maximum 5. THB 2,000 net/night applies for the fifth guest.
- Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: 2:00 p.m. | Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
- Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. is subject to a 50% charge of the room rate.
- Late check-out after 6:00 p.m. is subject to a full night’s charge.
- Age Restriction
- Guests aged 12 and above are considered adults. The resort is not recommended for children due to the absence of dedicated child safety features.
Cancellation Policy
- Guarantee: A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking. We understand plans can change, so we offer flexible cancellation based on your travel period:
- 8 January – 15 April: Free cancellation or amendment up to 14 days before check-in.
- 16 April – 31 October: Free cancellation or amendment up to 3 days before check-in.
- 1 November – 25 December: Free cancellation or amendment up to 7 days before check-in.
- 26 December – 7 January: Nonrefundable
- Cancellations, No-shows, or changes made after these periods will be charged in full.
Child Policy (Pay at Hotel)
- Children aged 4–11 years: Extra person charge when sharing an existing bed with parent at THB 475 net per night
- Children aged 12 years and above: Extra bed with breakfast at THB 2,000 net/night.
- Extra child is not allowed in Studio Pool Villa & Beachfront Pool Villa.
