Terms & Conditions
- 30-day advance reservation and a minimum stay of 5 consecutive nights are required.
- Credit card details are required at the time of reservation and the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card as a guaranteed method.
- The room rates are quoted in THAI BAHT inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% applicable VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
- Breakfast:
- Included for 2 persons per room (Duplex 2-Bedroom include breakfast for 4 persons).
- Occupancy:
- Studio Pool Villa and Beachfront Pool Villa: 2 persons.
- Duplex Grand Pool Villa and Beachfront Suite Pool Villa: Maximum 3 persons, with an additional charge of THB 2,000 per night for 3rd pax (Pay at hotel)
- Duplex 2-Bedroom : Accommodates 4 persons, maximum 5 persons, with an additional charge of THB 2,000 per night for 5th pax (Pay at hotel)
- Check-in/ Out | Late Check-out:
- Check-in: 2:00 p.m. / Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
- Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. is charged 50% of the room rate; after 6:00 p.m., 100% of the room rate is charged.
- Age Restriction:
- Guests over 12 years old is considered Adult and child is not recommended to stay, as there are no specific child safety measures.
- The hotel reserves the right to renegotiate the rates if the period, room type or requirement changed.

- Studio Pool Villa & Beachfront Pool Villa: Maximum occupancy is 2 persons.
- 4 - 11 years old: ABF charge of THB 475 net/child/meal (sharing existing bed with parents, max 1 child per room).
- 12 years and older: Extra bed with ABF at THB 2,000 net/night with Highlight Benefits inclusion as below.
- Stay 5 Nights: receive 1 x 60-minute Thai massage, 1 x Thai set Dinner
- Stay 7 Nights: receive 2 x 60-minute Thai massage, 2 x Thai set Dinner

Cancellation Policy
- Credit card guaranteed only.
- Amendment / Cancellation made more than 7 days prior to check-in date: FREE OF CHARGE.
- Amendment / Cancellation made within 7 days prior to check-in date / No-show / Early check-out: THE FULL STAY CHARGE.
