Rates are quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT, and 1% provincial tax.

Beachfront Grand Pool Villa and Duplex 2-Bedroom include breakfast for 4 persons.

Occupancy

Studio Pool Villa & Beachfront Pool Villa: Maximum 2 persons.

Duplex Grand Pool Villa & Beachfront Suite Pool Villa: Maximum 3 persons. THB 2,000 net/night applies for the third guest.
Duplex 2-Bedroom & Beachfront Grand Pool Villa: Standard for 4 persons, maximum 5. THB 2,000 net/night applies for the fifth guest.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 2:00 p.m. | Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. is subject to a 50% charge of the room rate.
Late check-out after 6:00 p.m. is subject to a full night’s charge.

Age Restriction

Guests aged 12 and above are considered adults. The resort is not recommended for children due to the absence of dedicated child safety features.

Child Policy (Pay at hotel)

Children aged 4–11 years: Extra person charge when sharing an existing bed with parent at THB 475 net per night
Children aged 12 years and above: Extra bed with breakfast at THB 2,000 net/night.
Extra child is not allowed in Studio Pool Villa & Beachfront Pool Villa.

- 1 November – 22 December: Free cancellation or amendment up to 7 days before check-in.
- Cancellations, No-shows, or changes made after these periods will be charged in full.
