CANCELLATION POLICY:
- The wellness program is for 1 person, with an additional cost of 7,500 THB per extra participant.
- Room Rates: Quoted in Thai Baht, inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
- Breakfast: Included for 2 persons per room (Duplex 2-Bedroom include breakfast for 4 persons).
- Occupancy:
- Studio Pool Villa and Beachfront Pool Villa: 2 persons.
- Duplex Grand Pool Villa : Maximum 3 persons, with an additional charge of THB 2,000 per night for 3rd pax.
- Check-in/ Check-out:
- Check-in: 2:00 p.m. / Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
- Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. is charged 50% of the room rate; after 6:00 p.m., 100% of the room rate is charged.
- Credit Card Guarantee: Required at reservation; hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the card. Rates may be renegotiated if room type, period, or requirements change.
- Age Restriction: Guests over 12 years old is considered Adult and child is not recommended to stay, as there are no specific child safety measures.
