  • Rates are quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT, and 1% provincial tax.

  • Beachfront Grand Pool Villa and Duplex 2-Bedroom include breakfast for 4 persons.
Occupancy
  • Studio Pool Villa & Beachfront Pool Villa: Maximum 2 persons.
  • Duplex Grand Pool Villa & Beachfront Suite Pool Villa: Maximum 3 persons. THB 2,000 net/night applies for the third guest.
  • Duplex 2-Bedroom & Beachfront Grand Pool Villa: Standard for 4 persons, maximum 5. THB 2,000 net/night applies for the fifth guest.
Check-in / Check-out
  • Check-in: 2:00 p.m. | Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
  • Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. is subject to a 50% charge of the room rate.
  • Late check-out after 6:00 p.m. is subject to a full night’s charge.
Age Restriction
  • Guests aged 12 and above are considered adults. The resort is not recommended for children due to the absence of dedicated child safety features.
Child Policy (Pay at hotel)
  • Children aged 4–11 years: Extra person charge when sharing an existing bed with parent at THB 475 net per night
  • Children aged 12 years and above: Extra bed with breakfast at THB 2,000 net/night.
  • Extra child is not allowed in Studio Pool Villa & Beachfront Pool Villa.
