Proof of residency or work permit required for expat bookings.
Cancellations within 14 days, no-shows, or early departures are subject to full stay charge.

- Reservations can be canceled or modified up to 14 days in advance without any charge.
- The price includes a 10% service charge and a 7% value-added tax.
- Basic occupancy is 2 guests per room, except Duplex 2-Bedroom is 4.
- Maximum occupancy of Duplex Grand Pool Villa and Beachfront Suite Pool Villa is 3 guests with an additional charge.
- The hotel reserves the right to change prices and conditions without prior notice
Child Policy (Pay at Hotel)
- Children under 4 years old stay for free.
- Children aged 4-11 years sharing a room with parents will be charged 475 THB per person per night for breakfast and exclusive benefits.
- Guests aged 12 years and above will be charged 2,000 THB per person per night for an extra bed and breakfast and exclusive benefits.
