- Amendment / Cancellation made more than 7 days prior to check-in date (1 Nov - 10 Apr) : Free of charge.
- Amendment / Cancellation made within 7 days prior to check-in date (1 Nov - 10 Apr) : 1 night stay charge.
- Amendment / Cancellation made more than 1 day prior to check-in date (11 Apr - 31 Oct) : Free of charge.
- Amendment / Cancellation made within 1 day prior to check-in date (11 Apr - 31 Oct) : 1 night stay charge.
Term & Conditions
- The room rates are quoted in THAI BAHT inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% applicable VAT, and 1% provincial tax
- Rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons except Beachfornt Grand Pool Villa and Duplex 2-Bedroom are inclusive for 4 persons per room per night.
- Normal occupancy per room is 2 persons. Maximum 3 adults per room are allowed with extra person charge @ THB 2,000 net/ night. (Except Studio Pool Villa and Beach Front Pool Villa)
- 12 years and older will be considered as adults.
- Hotel check-in time: 2.00 p.m. and check-out time: 12.00 p.m.
- Late check-out until 18.00 hrs. is at 50% charge of the room rate while late check-out after 18.00 hrs. will be charged at 100% of the room rate.
- Credit card details are required at the time of reservation in order to guaranteed and hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card as a guaranteed method.
- Hotel reserves the right to renegotiate the rates if the period room type or requirement changed.
- Guest under 8 years old are not recommended to stay at the resort. As we don't have any safety measure for children.
Child Policy (PAY AT HOTEL)
- Max occupancy for Studio Pool Villa and Beach Front Pool Villa are 2 person.
- Child age below 8 years old are not allowed to stay at the resort. As we don't have any safety measure for children.
- 8 - 11 years old: ABF charge @ THB 475 net/ child/ meal (sharing existing bed with parents, max 1 child allowed per room).
- 8 years old up: Extra bed included ABF @ THB 2,000 net/ night.
